Angel reveals the remarkable achievements of that small-but-mighty nation, Israel!

I have heard that Barack Obama wants to run against a "do-nothing" Congress in 2012?  If only Obama had been a do-nothing President.  Never has one chief executive done such a quick hatchet job on a massive organization.   He's ruined our relationship with allies, kowtowed to our enemies, made jobs and energy hard to find while doubling the national debt and producing one growth industry - government.  Obama in charge of the USA has been like replacing Jimi Hendrix with Tiny Tim at a jam session.  Shudder!   One of the very stupid and even dangerous things the President has done has been to insult our great allies, Israel, and make it seem that we would not support that nation if yet another Mideastern War should break out.

Woman Honor Thyself is an award-winning blog whose author, Angel, has become a blog friend over the years.   I think this post she produced on Friday last was absolutely a must-read and therefore I am presenting it.   Reading this should cause you to go check her blog out now and then.   We should appreciate Israel, one of the great nations on the globe and we should be proud to be their staunch allies!  WHT post of last Friday:

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the story of Israel, naturally you would want to begin by looking up the Balfour Agreement and follow the trial (avoiding Wikipedia, please) that led to the creation of Israel and Jordan.  Jordan was to be the homeland for Palestinian Arabs and Semites while Israel the home to Jews.   Jews freely invited all non-Jews to fully participate in the new nation.   I would recommend reading a book by Leon Uris, Exodus.
