Health Care Disaster! Save our country from Obamacare, contact your Senator!!!

Below are some key people to contact via fax today and tomorrow. I have faxed the Senators, all of them, but these gentlemen are key. They must keep the bill from reaching the floor because the Obama Administration, rather than being open, is hiding their actions and cutting off the opposition. Therefore we know they will invoke the "Nuclear Option" to ram the destructive Health Bill That Is Really Step Two Of A Plan To Enact A Totalitarian Socialist State down our throats. SO we need the Senators to filibuster and stop the bill until after the New Year. After the New Year, they will begin thinking about wanting to be re-elected and how voting for the bill will hurt their chances and perhaps the bill will die in committee?

Its being widely reported that they may not even get it on the floor to debate it, since their own party can't agree on the worthless legislation. I think its hilarious how they have total power yet still can't get anything passed and continuously blame right wing media and the republicans for the lack of unity.

Those who vote to bring the bill to a vote are tacitly voting for the bill. Keep track of your guys in your districts and states and let them know what your will is and get rid of them ASAP when they run for election if they help this bill come to pass. It is a monstrosity designed to enslave us and destroy our way of life. There are hidden motivations within.

Really Radar? It sure must be frightening, living in that little bubble of yours. And all this over a bill that would obviously benefit you personally.

Fear sells baby, fear sells.

Canucklehead, we are in a recession in the USA and with Obama planning to take us to about a 14 Trillion dollar deficit the inflation will eat up savings and put the middle class in grave danger. So yes, I am being an alarmist because I am alarmed. You say fear sells, I say the house is on fire.

And how much were you on about this topic when Bush was spending your hard earned money like a drunken sailor during his 8 years in office? Where was the "alarm" then Radar? Didn't hear much complaining about how Bush vastly increased the size of your government (and your national debt) while in office. Some Republican he turned out to be hey?

Convenient outrage, I love it.

You also say that the thing is "designed" to "destroy" your "way of life". Designed? So you think someone intended to ruin your life with this bill? Like, that's what it's for? Come on Radar. You know you're just yelling "fire", you don't actually see any flames or smoke or anything. Just more irresponsible fear mongering on your part.

And if you're so worried about the middle class, Perhaps you'd consider higher taxes for those that can actually afford it?

Canucklehead, have you missed the fact that I told the Republicans to "stick it" and am now supporting individual candidates only, not party hacks? Did you miss the fact that I said Bush blew it by becoming a big spender like Clinton before him? You are not paying attention.

As to "taxing the rich more" why not go along with the Fair Tax? That way consumption of non-essential food and so on is how government obtains funding. The IRS can be dumped, lots of tax attorneys will have to get a real job and people who can afford to buy stuff are the ones who will pay.

"Paying attention"?? Please don't flatter yourself Radar. Nobody "pays attention" to this blog. You say,
"Canucklehead, have you missed the fact that I told the Republicans to "stick it" and am now supporting individual candidates only, not party hacks? Did you miss the fact that I said Bush blew it by becoming a big spender like Clinton before him?"

If I've missed something, why don't you show me the blog posts, Radar? Where are the links to the evidence of your criticism of Bush? You're the blogger here, don't just claim you didn't like it, prove it. I certainly don't remember you ever claiming that GWB's out of control spending was ruining the country. And you definitely never made this kind of stink over anything Bush did.

Like Jon Stewart said last night, Republicans (like you) don't actually care about limiting the size of government, they just care about limiting the size of Democratic governments.

As for your "fair tax" idea (now you're a Ron Paul supporter?), I'm a bit of a fiscal conservative myself so I suppose I don't have too much of a problem with your suggestion, other than the fact that your radical solution would never fly down there in a million years. Any other ideas?
