Question Evolution Day and the Irresistible Force

Question Evolution Day challenge accepted

by Cowboy Bob Sorensen

There is an excellent article that echoed things I have said over the years, but were in one place There were some other interesting facts as well. Overall, his was better than mine — and well-suited for Question Evolution Day. We will get to that later.

I had written about how believers in atoms-to-atheist evolution are actually wasting time and money. The secular science industry is getting uppity, acting like they have the truth, and froward people who have the temerity to question evolution are bad. (Once again, I must say that there are scientists who simply want to do science stuff, they're swept along by the organizations over them.) The propagandists at the Darwin Ranch over yonder near Deception Pass bamboozle the public into believing that evolution is an irresistible force.

Not only is the secular science industry promoting leftist causes, they are using social(ist) media as well as movies, television, literature, and others to spread their views. One purpose of Question Evolution Day is to encourage free speech, but notice how feral evolutionists ridicule those of us who do not float downstream with the rest of them.

The Intelligent Design folks as well as biblical creationists show that Darwin's acolytes do not have superior science and knowledge, nor do they use proper logic when interpreting their observations. Instead, they have bluster, evolution popularizers who are not really scientists, and a heapin' helpin' of posturing.

Atheists and secular humanists (the two are pretty much indistinguishable) blow smoke in our eyes, equivocating on evolution and science as well as change and science. Something happens that doesn't fit the evolutionary paradigm? They pretend to be excited about what is actually devastating news, saying it provides new "evolutionary insight" or other nonsense. Indeed, they do some things that are truly bizarre by claiming loss of features is evolution, and claim victory when something actually shows the opposite of evolution. Instead of praising evolution, the boardrooms of the secular science industry echo with, "Hail Darwin! Blessed be!" This child wonders if they're being deliberately deceptive, or don't even know about evolution.

These people are promoting adherence to science as the answer to everything. Materialists believe in atoms but not Eve, and there is no Creator (Psalm 14:1, Proverbs 1:8). This is a religious view called Scientism.

A big black rapper called Cowboy Troy had a song several years ago titled "I Play Chicken with the Train." He wanted to do redneck hip-hop in country music (well, blackneck hick-hop). Rapping in the country world was like playing chicken with the train, but he did have some hits.

Are we playing chicken with the irresistible force? Not hardly! People may think we have feckless faith and platitudes, but those are the ones who foolishly deny that Jesus is the Creator and Redeemer. We have the truth and information (you do get informed, right?). As for Christians, God is on our side!

Evolution is treated like an irresistible force, and those of us who doubt are playing chicken with the train. That is the opposite of the truth.

Many people do not know that evolution isn't all that it's cracked up to be. They are also unaware that there are other explanations, and their intuitive knowledge that there is indeed design in nature (C. Richard Dawkins is wrong in his opinion). Indeed, there are scientists who are unwilling to express doubts about evolution for fear of losing their jobs. Others simply do not know about creation science.

Spreading the word about creation science can help a great deal. It's like planting seeds in the minds of people — including those scientists who don't know that there are better explanations than "it evolved." Let's use the platforms available to us (many of which Darwin's stormtroopers are also using) and spread the truth. You with us, pilgrim?

There are a couple of articles that I would like to recommend that added fuel to the fire of this article. First, "The Unstoppable evolutionary juggernaut?" and then "The evolution train’s a-comin’ — (Sorry, a-goin’—in the wrong direction)."

You have seen music videos by the band ApologetiX over the years, and J. from the band is supporting Question Evolution Day. That thrills this child. Thanks, J. and APX!
